The Bangsamoro Youth Commission and the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) have partnered in providing seed capital for indigent enterprising youth under MSSD’s Bangsamoro Sagip Kabuhayan
program. The partnership was highlighted during the pay-out for some beneficiaries from Maguindanao and Cotabato City on January 19, 2022 as part fo the 3rd Bangsamoro Foundation Day Celebration#3rdBangsamoroFoundationDay

The program was conceptualized in response to the pandemic, where people were left unemployed and companies needed to close. The money will be utilized as funds to start beneficiaries’ small business ventures or other alternative income-generating opportunities.
