𝗠𝗦𝗦𝗗, 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗠 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗖𝗘 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀
Not to impede the wellbeing and development of children despite the continuing COVID-19 pandemic and safely reopen the Early Childhood Education (ECE) services, the MSSD, in collaboration MBHTE, MOH, and MILG has adapted the 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐂𝐄 based on the ECCD Council Advisory No. 8, Series of 2022.
This set of guidelines will ensure that the safe reopening of ECE is well-planned, adequately resourced, and coordinated among different stakeholders at regional, and local levels.
