ICYMI: The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) extended support to augment the relief operations of City Government of Zamboanga aimed at helping over 26,000 flood-affected families.
A total of 3,000 sacks of 25 kilogram-rice and food packs from the Ministry were delivered to the city on 18 January 2023.
The relief items were distributed to the beneficiaries in coordination with the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) and concerned barangay local government units.
This joint effort ensured that the relief goods reached the intended beneficiaries in a timely and efficient manner.
