PANGUTARAN, SULU — The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD), through its Kalinga para sa may Kapansanan Program, distributed the monthly allowance of 210 indigent persons with disability (PWDs) here on July 24 to 26, 2023.
Under this program, the beneficiaries receive P500 monthly allowance to support their basic needs. Through this initiative, the Ministry aims to improve the living condition of indigent PWDs and reduce the impact of disability on poor and low-income households in the region.
