LANAO DEL SUR — The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) visited the case-managed orphans from municipalities of Binidayan and Lumbayanague to distribute their cash assistance.

The Kupkop program, which aims to provide financial support to orphaned children in the region, is one of the flagship initiatives of the Ministry. Under the program, the indigent orphans are entitled to a P5,000 monthly subsidy intended to cover their basic necessities.
