𝗠𝗦𝗦𝗗 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗪𝗗 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼

LANAO DEL SUR — MSSD conducted payouts for persons with disability (PWDs) in municipalities of Bacolod-Kalawi, Ganassi, Picong, and Tubaran on 17-18 November 2022. A total of 1,005 beneficiaries received the financial assistance.

This is under the Kalinga para sa May Kapansanan program of the Ministry, which provides PhP 500-monthly subsidy to indigent PWDs to cover their medical and basic needs.

The Ministry aims to improve the living condition of PWDs and reduce the impact of disability on low-income households through this program.
