DATU ODIN SINSUAT, MAGUINDANAO DEL NORTE — Under its Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) program, the Ministry conducted water rationing on 03 November 2022 at Barangay Kusiong and for the families temporarily staying at Dinaig and Badak elementary schools (ES).
Earlier today, families staying at Awang ES, Badak evacuation center, Kusiong ES, Dinaig Proper, and Barangay Kusiong were also supplied with clean drinking water. A total of 8,000 liters of water was delivered today.
Meanwhile, MSSD also installed one (1) unit of 2mᶟ water tank at Awang ES.
The provision of WASH facilities in affected barangays and evacuation centers is essential for the recovery of the internally displaced persons (IDPs) effected by Typhoon Paeng.
