HAPPENING NOW: MSSD dispatches the first batch of relief assistance which consists 500 sacks of rice and family food packs at Brgy. Nituan, Parang, Maguindanao which will be delivered to the local government unit (LGU).
The said relief assistance is being transported to the other side of the Nituan Bridge one by one through the installed footbridge after it collapsed due to the strong current of flood water.
According to Hadja Barbara Guialel, Municipal Social Welfare Officer, MSSD and the LGU will facilitate the distribution of the said goods to the evacuation centers in the municipality.
