SPECIAL GEOGRAPHIC AREA — MSSD conducted payouts from September 13-16, 2022 to 472 identified beneficiaries of Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) from all clusters of Special Geographic Area (SGA).
Each of them received PhP 15,000 livelihood assistance grant from the program. This financial subsidy serves as their business capital.
SLP is a nationally funded social protection protection program, which aims to reduce poverty and inequality, through giving opportunities to vulnerable households to have sustainable livelihoods. This way, they can move toward economic stability.
