Thirty members (30) of the 92nd Infantry Battalion based in Maguindanao participated in the psychosocial support and stress management session of the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) through its Maguindanao provincial office on 12 November 2021 in Barangay Meta, Datu Unsay town.

Participants underwent psychosocial and counselling activities wherein they have shared their experiences and acquired inputs on managing stress both personal and work-related.

Stress management is a set of techniques vital to understand stress and its effects in each daily life. The session helps the participants realize the root causes of their stresses and learn the different methods of relaxation and mechanisms to handle it.
