As of today, February 21, 2022, a total of 3, 545 children enrolled in Child Development Centers (CDCs) and Supervised Neighborhood Plays (SNPs) in the Basilan municipalities of Maluso, Tabuan Lasa, Hadji Muhtamad, Lantawan, Sumisip, and Al-Barka have already received their locally produced goods from the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) through the Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) since the start of the dry goods’ dispatch in the province last week, February 14.

Each child beneficiary received 25 kilos of rice, 750 grams of achovy or dilis, 1 and ½ kilo of mung beans or munggo, and fruits.

In order to ensure the health and safety of the children, their parents along with the Child Development Workers (CDWs) personally received the said dry goods.
