On the same day, MSSD gathered the beneficiaries for an orientation on their rights as workers. They are from Cotabato City and Maguindanao.
The orientation was conducted in partnership with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE) and the Kaagapay OFW Resource and Service Center, Inc.
