The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) held its Management Committee (ManCom) Meeting for the 2nd quarter of 2022 in Bongao, Tawi-Tawi on 9-13 June 2022.
During the meeting, the Provincial Social Welfare Officers (PSWOs) from Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur A and B, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, and the Special Geographic Area (SGA) presented the implementation status of the Ministry’s various programs. Action points were also agreed on to expedite program execution, and ensure that the Ministry’s social protection programs are implemented efficiently and effectively.
MSSD Minister Atty. Raissa H. Jajurie and the senior officials from the MSSD Regional and Provincial Offices, also had the privilege to meet MSSD’s partners and beneficiaries in Panglima Sugala, Bongao, and Simunul during the field visits on the 3rd day of the ManCommeeting.
The next ManCom is scheduled on the 3rd quarter of 2022 in Sulu.
