Banguingui, SULU — Following the fire incident on June 25, 2022, at Sitio Kasanyagan, Barangay Dungon in this municipality, MSSD and Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) provided relief assistance to the 27 affected families on June 29, 2022.
Each received one sack of rice, welfare package, dignity kit, and sleeping kit from the Ministry. PDRRMC also provided them with P10,000-cash assistance and one sack of rice.
The fire incident destroyed 25 houses, affecting 155 residents in the area.
