PIKIT, SPECIAL GEOGRAPHIC AREA — MSSD extends relief assistance on 20 August 2022 to barangays Balabak, Poblacion, and Katiclan in this cluster, wherein the residents experienced flooding due to recurring heavy rainfall in the area.
In coordination with Department of Social Welfare and Development- Region 12 and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (MDRRMC) of Pikit, a total of 1,755 families received food packs from the Ministry.
This is in continuation of the relief distribution conducted in the other flood-affected barangays here last month.
