BASILAN โ A total of 103 representatives from municipalities of Tipo-Tipo, Ungkaya Pukan, Maluso, and Lamitan City in this province attended a seminar, which tackles the Social Pension and Strengthening of Senior Citizenโs Federation. The said seminar was conducted on May 24, 25, 31 and June 1, 2022, in each respective venue.
After the seminar, each received 1 box of face mask, 1 bottle of alcohol, t-shirt, pen, notebook, mug, and P250 travel allowance.
The activity aims to address the concerns of senior citizenโs social pension benefits and explains the Republic Act 9994 or the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010.
