LANAO DEL SUR โ The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) has released the monetized rice subsidy to 361 beneficiaries under the Unlad Pamilyang Bangsamoro Program from municipalities of Ditsaan Ramain, Tamparan, Masiu, Buadipuso Buntong, Bubong, and Wao. Each indigent household received P3,600, covering the 1st Quarter of 2023.
Priority households under this program are case-managed by MSSD’s social workers to ensure that these families progress from survival to subsistence, and from subsistence to self-sufficiency levels. They receive a range of interventions, including skills training, livelihood seed capital, monthly rice subsidies, and medical assistance during emergencies.
Additionally, if a household has college-level students, they may also qualify for PHP 10,000 in educational assistance under the Angat Bangsamoro: Kabataan Tungo sa Karunungan Program (ABK).
