KABUNTALAN MAGUINDANAO DEL NORTE – The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD), through its Kalinga para sa may Kapansanan Program, conducted a three-day payout in the municipality from November 11-13, 2023. A total of 167 indigent persons with disabilities (PWDs) received PhP 1,500 cash assistance each for the second quarter of the year. Under the Kalinga program, indigent PWDs are entitled to receive monthly assistance of P500 to help support their basic needs.
