Malabang, LANAO DEL SUR — On June 24, 2022, Municipal Links and Social Welfare Assistants of 4Ps from 20 municipalities of this province met to discuss the Grievance Redress System (GRS) Semestral Target Setting.
This is to provide them technical assistance about the modified version 3 of the Pantawid Pamilya Information System (PPIS) with the GRS as one of its special features in capturing and resolving grievances from intake to resolution in a timely manner. GRS also aims to respond appropriately in processing and handling of received grievances from the ground.
The 4Ps GRS intends to provide a venue for program beneficiaries and the public at large to air their concerns, complaints, and suggestions to improve the program.
