The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) Sulu Provincial Office provided immediate relief assistance for fire victims from Sitio Camias, Barangay Bus-Bus in Jolo Sulu on 5 November 2021.
The fire broke out at around 2:00 am on 4 November 2021, and the workers of MSSD conducted a rapid needs assessment and the relief distribution on the succeeding day.
Forty-one families with 128 individuals were affected by the fire that damaged 33 houses.
MSSD provided each family with 1 sack of rice, 6 packs instant noodles, sleeping kits, hygiene kits, and jerry cans.
