COTABATO CITY โ To officially commence the week-long celebration of Bangsamoro Foundation Day 2023, the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD), along with other BARMM agencies, joined the parade and opening ceremony earlier today, 21 January.
Consistent with this year’s theme “Sama-samang Pagtataguyod sa Isang Mas Mapayapa at Masaganang Bangsamoro”, the MSSD employees donned diverse cultural attires to represent the united Bangsamoro people celebrating the gains and milestones of the BARMM government since its establishment in 2019.
In recognition of its beneficiaries as its partners in progress, the Ministry also displayed some of the relief goods being delivered to the most vulnerable and marginalized sectors across the region in times of crisis and emergency.
As the chair of the Bangsamoro Government’s Social Development Committee, the Ministry and its provincial offices will also conduct and join several activities during the week-long celebration.
