SPECIAL GEOGRAPHIC AREA — In its continuous commitment to serve the vulnerable and indigent communities in BARMM, the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) has signed memorandum of agreements (MOAs) with Community Health Service Cooperation Hospital (COHESCO), R.A.M Albutra General Hospital, Deseret Surgimed Hospital, and Cruzado Medical Hospital, with the latter being the newest partner hospital.
This initiative falls under the Ministry’s Bangsamoro Critical Assistance for Indigents in Response to Emergency Situations (B-CARES) program, enabling qualified beneficiaries to avail of hospitalization assistance following assessment and recommendation by the designated social workers in the area.
The signing of the MOAs with the partner hospitals was led by MSSD’s SGA Coordinator, Haron D. Amer, RSW.
