SULU โ The Ministry continues to reach the indigent sectors here through the implementation of its social protection programs.
In Luuk, typhoon-affected fishermen and seaweed farmers were provided with food pack and other welfare goods during the distribution on 28 September 2022.
In Talipao, the Ministry also distributed welfare goods to six (6) reformed rebels, who graduated from Balay Silangan Reformation Program on 06 October 2022.
Meanwhile, in Pangutaran, a total of 57 indigent orphans were given PhP 5,000 each as a one-time financial subsidy from the Kupkop Program of the Ministry on 08 October 2022.
The Ministry will continue to distribute humanitarian aid to other provinces of BARMM, especially to those affected by natural calamities and other crisis.
