Jolo, SULU — A total of 216 persons with disability (PWDs) received their stipend during the payout and home visits conducted by MSSD from June 25-28, 2022.
Under the Kalinga sa may Kapansanan program, each PWD is entitled to a P6,000 annual grant that they can use for sustenance and medication.
The bedridden and home-bound beneficiaries were visited by MSSD to give them their stipend. This is to make sure that all indigent PWD beneficiaries are protected from neglect, abuse, or deprivation.
