TUBARAN, LANAO DEL SUR — MSSD distributed subsidy to the 14 case-managed orphans here on 20 October 2022.
Under the Kupkop program, each case-managed orphan receives PhP 5,000-monthly subsidy to cover their school expenses and daily necessities.
The protection of young orphans is specifically enshrined under Article IX, Section 14 of Republic Act 11054 (Organic Law for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao).
