MAPUN, TAWI-TAWI — The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) distributed relief goods to 250 fisherfolks in Mapun, Tawi-Tawi. The distribution aimed to support those who were unable to catch fish due to strong winds, affecting individuals from the 15 barangays of the municipality.
Each of them received 10 kilograms of rice and food pack.
The distribution was carried out in coordination with the Philippine Coast Guard, Philippine Marines, and Philippine Air Force, who provided meals, transportation, and security during the outreach activity.
