One hundred eighteen hafizes and ustadzes in Darul Arqam Bin Arqam Litahfizil Qur-anil Kareem, Sultan Mastura, Maguindanao individually received 25 kilos of rice assistance on Monday, November 22, 2021.
Those hafizes are students or scholars while those ustadzes are the teachers in the said religious institution.
Bangsamoro Human Rights Commission (BHRC) also provided hygiene kits and prayer mats to the hafizes and ustadzes.
Upon validation of MSSD field workers, the said recipients were identified to be in disadvantaged situations in this time of pandemic
