In support to the recovery of the fire victims at Purok Pag-asa Rosary Heights VII, Cotabato City, the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) provided them with relief goods composed of food and non-food items.
A total of 16 families at Purok Pag-asa received food packs, hygiene kits, sleeping kits, dignity kits, and water kits from the Ministry.
An assessment and profiling for Emergency Shelter Assistance (ESA) was also conducted on 14 February 2023 to evaluate the affected families’ current status and identify the long-term interventions they need.
Similarly, in response to a fire incident in Barangay Cabasaran, Tamparan, Lanao del Sur on 17 January 2023, the Ministry provided relief items to the 10 affected families. Each household received 25 kilogram-rice, jerry cans, groceries, and blue sakoline (trapal). They also underwent profiling and assessment.
