HADJI PANGLIMA TAHIL, SULU — Three hundred fifty one (351) indigent residents of barangays Pag-asinan and Bangas in the municipality of Hadji Panglima Tahil individually received 25 kilograms of rice from the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) on 4 February 2022.

The recipients compose of 218 household heads who belong to Badjao tribes and 133 boat operators whose income were severely affected during the Northeast Monsoon also known as Amihan which usually occurs from October to March wherein fishermen encounter rough seas.

Haril added that recipients will be assessed to avail additional services and programs of MSSD and referral to other offices.
