BARMM SPECIAL GEOGRAPHIC AREA (SGA) – The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) organized Pugay Tagumpay, a graduation ceremony for the 895 exiting beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) from the BARMM SGA clusters of Aleosan, Carmen, Kabacan, Midsayap, Pigcawayan, and Pikit. The ceremony took place on December 12, 2023, at the municipal gymnasium in Poblacion 6, Midsayap, North Cotabato.

In addition to receiving graduation certificates of recognition, 249 of these households qualified for a Php 15,000 seed capital fund through the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) to further uplift their socio-economic conditions.

Meanwhile, 19 children of exiting beneficiaries, who are licensed professional teachers (LPTs), were referred to the human resource and management unit of 4Ps BARMM Regional Program Management Office (RPMO).

MSSD commits to closely monitoring the said graduates to ensure they can sustain the well-being achieved after completing the program. By providing continued support and guidance, MSSD aims to assist these individuals in their journey towards self-sufficiency.

Present during the event were MSSD Director General Atty. Mohammad Muktadir Ahmad Estrella, Deputy Minister Nur-Ainee Tan Lim, BARMM SGA Provincial Social Welfare Officer (PSWO) Haron D. Amer, and other 4Ps staff.
