๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐ ๐จ๐จ๐๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐จ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฅ DAVAO OCCIDENTAL – A total of 550 Bangsamoro families affected by a 7.1-magnitude earthquake on January 9, 2024, received 25-kilogram rice and food packs during distributions conducted from 6 to 8 February, 2024. Among the recipients, 350 were from Balut Island, and 200 were from Jose Abad Santos. Meanwhile, the same relief goods were also provided to 150 non-Moros who were affected by the earthquake in Barangay Mabila, Sarangani, on February 9. Under the Bangsamoro Organic Law (Republic Act 11054), the Bangsamoro Government is mandated to provide assistance to Bangsamoro people residing in communities outside BARMM to support their economic, social, and cultural development. ๐๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ผ๐ ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ฝ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐!
