Cotabato City, 7:05 pm– The intensive budget deliberation continues today, July 2 with the Ministry of Social Services and Development’s (MSSD) proposed financial programs and projects for FY 2023.
For FY 2023, the MSSD shall strengthen its provision of balanced and responsive welfare interventions whereby the rights, needs, and interests of every Bangsamoro are met.
