๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐ง๐๐จ ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ก ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ LANAO DEL SUR – The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) distributed cash assistance to indigent persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Wao, Lanao del Sur, on November 24, 2023. A total of 505 vulnerable PWD clients received Php 1,500 cash assistance each. The amount covers their subsidies for three (3) months. This social intervention is part of MSSDโs Kalinga para sa may Kapansanan Program, a landmark initiative pioneered by the Ministry in the country that provides Php 500 monthly financial assistance to qualified indigent PWDs to help support their basic needs. Meanwhile, MSSD will continue the payout for the remaining 18 PWD clients in the municipality in the coming days. ๐๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ผ๐ ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ฝ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐!
