BACOLOD-KALAWI, LANAO DEL SUR โ In celebration of International Youth Day, with the theme “Intergenerational Solidarity: Creating a World of all Ages”, a total of 47 youth beneficiaries under Kupkop and Angat Bangsamoro Kabataan (ABaKa) programs participated and showcased their talents here on 12 August 2022.
The International Youth Day is celebrated yearly to emphasize the role of young women and men in bringing change through tackling global issues and achieving sustainable development. It also serves as an opportunity to raise awareness about the challenges and problems facing the world’s youth.
MSSD recognizes the role of the young generation in nation-building. Through its programs tailored for them, they are encouraged to finish their education and be a productive member of the society in the future.
