BARIRA, MAGUINDANAO DEL NORTE โ The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) and the Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS) jointly conducted a program on March 21, 2023, in commemoration of the 23rd year of the 2000 All Out War. The program was attended by 85 women who were victim-survivors of this atrocity.
Each participant received a care package from MSSD, containing essential items such as bath soap, shampoo, sanitary napkins, blankets, and other personal care products.
On March 21, 2000, former President Joseph Estrada declared an “all-out war” against the MILF which resulted in the displacement of over 750,000 individuals, thousands of casualties, and loss of livelihood.
